1. Ability to Lead fellow CWF and be responsible for delivery

2. Good communication is a must have

3. Proficient leading areas within SOC Verification

4. Familiar with SOC Environment methodology and flows. Ability to debug and also coach fellow team member to debug effectively

5. ARM Processor and CHI working experience

6. PCIE or DDR hands on experience
