MP Software Ventures is a value-driven venture capital firm supporting high-potential, early-stage companies through strategic capital and operational expertise. We partner with visionary founders to accelerate growth through technology, brand development, and business enablement.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Venture Growth Intern to join our on-site team in Mohali, Punjab. This role offers hands-on exposure to the venture capital ecosystem, supporting key initiatives across deal sourcing, outreach, marketing, investor relations, and research.

1. Deal Sourcing & Outreach

• Identify and track high-potential startups aligned with the firm’s investment focus
• Assist with founder outreach through email, LinkedIn, and ecosystem partnerships
• Maintain and organize CRM data to track engagement and pipeline status

2. Marketing & Platform Support

• Assist with drafting and distributing content for newsletters, social media, and ecosystem communications
• Support digital campaigns, brand awareness efforts, and founder-facing initiatives
• Contribute to events, ecosystem partnerships, and community-building activities

3. Investor Relations Support

• Assist in preparing materials for partners and founders, including updates and performance reports
• Help coordinate investor communications and maintain reporting documentation
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of internal investor data rooms and materials

4. Research & Strategic Projects

• Conduct market and industry research to support investment theses
• Assist in the preparation of internal briefs, benchmarking reports, and competitive analysis
• Support strategic initiatives related to portfolio companies and firm growth

• Recent graduate, with a strong interest in startups, finance, or venture capital
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and research capabilities
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM platforms
• Willingness to work full-time on-site from our Mohali office

• Previous internship or project experience with a startup, accelerator, VC firm, or consultancy (nice to have but not mandatory)
• Exposure to investor communications or startup ecosystem outreach
• Familiarity with emerging technology sectors
• Outgoing and extrovert with a go get it approach

• A front-row seat to how a venture capital fund operates day-to-day
• Exposure to deal flow, investor relations, founder engagement, and ecosystem development
• Close mentorship and guidance from experienced investors and operators
• Potential for a full-time offer based on performance and alignment
