PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive the implementation of RealPage's enhanced Vendor Risk Management program, in collaboration with key stakeholders within Global Procurement and the business.
* Oversee and manage the VRM program on an ongoing basis, ensuring risk reviews and remediations are performed on a timely basis.
* Formalize the VRM program into a system-based approach with greater automation and move away from manual processes.
* Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, relevant committees and stakeholders, highlighting key risk and mitigation strategies.
* Serve as a key liaison with external vendors, internal business units, and procurement to manage relationships and resolve issues with the VRM program.
* Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes and adapt the VRM program to account for new risk and mitigation measures.
* Drive automation initiatives and process improvements in the VRM program with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Monitor and report on performance metrics (KPIs), identifying opportunities to improve processing speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
* Collaborate with auditors and provide documentation for SOX, statutory, and internal audits as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
* 5 years of experience in vendor risk management, ideally within a shared services or multinational environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data analysis and reporting tools.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic environment with a global scope
* In-depth understanding of strategic sourcing, procurement workflows, and vendor lifecycle management.
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle and Coupa.
