The Opportunity
A exciting opportunity has become available for a Vendor Relations and Business Efficiency Manager, has become available on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As Vendor Relations and Business Efficiency manager your role will be to lead the onboarding and communication efforts for merchandising to support our vendors and QVC.
You will collaborate with our teams to improve process efficiency, including the onboarding and ongoing management of our vendor partnerships

Your Impact
- As Vendor Relations Manager you will develop educational programs, information, and training tools for the vendors.
- You will manage the Vendor Onboarding including contract and processes: using a variety of tools and resources and QVC vendor onboarding curriculum to help educate new and existing vendors
- You will be responsible for communications that embrace our goals and strategies and operational requirements.
- You'll work with Legal, Finance and other departments to customise vendor agreements.
- You'll partner with the global markets and shares best practices, processes, insights, and opportunities.
- Understanding of new product/ category needs and opportunities working with the buying teams.
- Support and prepare pitch decks for new brand meetings and negotiations
- Focus on Business efficiency ensuring an organised and high-quality processes & customer experience.
What You Bring
Critical thinking and problem solving. Strong QVC business knowledge.
Strong product knowledge. Understanding of Merchandising / Planning/ Programming. Excellent organization and prioritization skills with multitasking ability.
Ability to work self-motivated in a dynamic team environment.
Excellent communication skills, proofreading skills, including writing, and speaking.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence and engage.
Ability to understand, simplify and communicate complex technical or business data/information.
Generic Product and Market Knowledge.
Sound knowledge of DS, Logistics, QA and Supply Chain Processes.
Good knowledge of Financial and Contractual requirements
