Brief Description
As a Vending Solutions Technician, you will be engaged in vending operations including new program launches, maintenance schedules, and on-call requirements. Respond to rapidly incoming calls while maintaining a service oriented and helpful demeanor to our internal and external customers. Assists with establishing, maintaining, and developing business and social relationships with customers and vendors in order to enhance the potential for achieving maximum profitability and growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides vending software and mechanical support for internal and external customers
- Schedule and manage service calls and preventative maintenance of deployed vending equipment
- Involved in all steps of the vending implementation process, including:
- Onboarding / Crib Walk
- Data collection and reformatting
- Database development
- Implementation of vending machines / program
- Training customers on vending interface and interactions
- Develops and maintains all relevant customer files and records per AFC policies
- Prepares, proofreads, compiles and distributes proposals, reviews, and customer correspondence
- Assists Vending Solutions with all aspects of their day-to-day, as available
- Proper navigating the ERP system (P21) analytics for research purposes
- Expedites the prompt resolution of customer problems, questions, concerns and discrepancies. Notifies the appropriate personnel of situations that are beyond the scope of the vending technician
- Emergency Service equipment as needed, 24 hours or less from notice
- Travel required, day trips and overnight; 50+%
Education/Credentials
- H.S. Diploma or higher
- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Working knowledge of tools, general maintenance processes, and methods
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Position: Full-time
Work Hours: 7:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $18.00-22.00
