Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Veeva Clinical Implementation Consultant (Contractor) to support our growing portfolio of clients implementing Veeva Basics Clinical solutions, including eTMF and CTMS. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of clinical operations, experience working with Veeva Vault Clinical applications, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. 

This is a contractor role with the potential to convert to a full-time position, ideal for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable balancing multiple projects. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the implementation and adoption of Veeva eTMF Basics and Veeva CTMS Basics across multiple clients 
• Act as a trusted liaison between client teams and Votum, ensuring strong communication and project alignment 
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Quality, and Clinical Operations, to ensure compliant system implementation 
• Support the creation and review of SOPs, change control documentation, and validation and migration deliverables 
• Provide end-user training and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) post-implementation 
• Guide clients through clinical workflows and how to manage documentation and operational data within the eTMF and CTMS systems 
• Maintain clear, timely communication with client teams while managing multiple concurrent projects 
• Ensure that system use and project execution align with applicable regulations and client internal processes 

System Overview: 

• Veeva eTMF Basics supports high-quality, complete, and timely Trial Master File documentation. It includes document upload, version control, quality checks/approvals, and real-time co-authoring. 
• Veeva CTMS Basics enables end-to-end tracking of clinical trial activities including study milestones, monitoring visits, enrollment, issue management, and site communications. 
• This role will not involve deep system configuration—the focus is on enabling adoption, supporting documentation and compliance, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. 

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

• Experience working with or supporting Veeva Vault Clinical (eTMF and/or CTMS) 
• Familiarity with clinical operations and regulatory requirements for TMF and clinical systems 
• Strong experience working across IT, Quality, and Clinical teams to ensure compliant implementation 
• Understanding of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements and how they apply to system implementations 
• Experience drafting or supporting SOPs, change controls, and validation documentation 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—ability to engage with clients confidently and clearly 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a consulting environment 
• Previous consulting or life sciences experience preferred 
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic setting where priorities and client needs can shift quickly 
• Potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business need
