Requirements * 4 years of similar internal/external work experience * TIC validation * Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word/Excel and the Toshiba Operating System * Knowledge of validating two or more products (i.e. ASD, UPS, Software, etc.) * Knowledge of digital and analog oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, voltage generators, digital data loggers, TIC PLCs, and TIC-issued hand tools and TIC-made power equipment * Steel-toe shoes Validation Technician Job Responsibilities * Layout/design new test stations and equipment for the manufacturing and validation test/QC departments. * Research and create proper paperwork to purchase equipment/parts. * Perform new part validation testing and trend testing on new parts being developed. * Create manufacturing inspection/test forms and test procedures for those products. * Supervise other employees who perform the manufacturing testing. * Provide technical assistance by line testing, repairing line outs, creating failure analysis, and maintaining/repairing test equipment. * Remain responsible for all TIC-issued hand tools. 1st Shift | Temp-to-hire | $29.93 per hour Employee benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay available every Friday, referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, breakroom, and employee engagement events.
