🚗 We're Hiring: ADAS/AD Safety Validation Engineer

📍 Location: Newark, CA / Travel to Proving Grounds

Join us at the forefront of next-gen automotive safety systems! We're looking for a highly driven engineer to help validate cutting-edge ADAS/AD safety features like Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Protection, Cross-Traffic Alert, and more.

Your Role Includes:

🔹 Developing and executing validation test plans (vehicle & component level)

🔹 Collaborating on homologation testing (NHTSA, GSR2, Euro-NCAP)

🔹 Root cause analysis, SOTIF confirmations, benchmarking & data processing

🔹 Working with advanced tools (soft targets, VRUs, robots, CANoe/CANape, HIL/SIL)

🔹 Interfacing with cross-functional teams (HMI, safety, infotainment, cybersecurity)

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in ADAS/AD systems in production vehicles

✅ Strong testing, calibration, and automation background (Python, C++)

✅ Familiarity with automotive validation tools and industry standards (ISO26262, ASPICE)

✅ Creativity, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset

💡 Bonus if you’ve worked with radar/camera systems, benchmarking, or agile environments (Jira, Jama).
