Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to lead test rig specification, setup, and execution, including instrumentation. The role will involve developing Design Validation Plans (DVP), creating test cases, conducting DVP assessments, and ensuring performance and functional verification for final sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test rig specifications, ensuring proper setup and instrumentation.
• Plan and execute validation tests to assess product performance and functionality.
• Develop DVPs (Design Validation Plans) and create test cases for structured testing.
• Conduct DVP assessments and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Lead performance and functional verification efforts for final product approval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve validation methodologies.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to provide test insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in test rig specification, setup, and execution.
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation and validation testing.
• Proficiency in DVP creation, test case development, and validation assessment.
• Knowledge of performance verification methodologies and industry standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, engineering-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• Prior experience in automotive validation processes is a plus.
• Understanding of test automation, data acquisition, and validation frameworks.
