As we continue to grow, we are looking to add another Validation Engineer to our team. As a Validation Engineer, you'll be on the front lines, working on diverse and challenging projects that truly make a difference. Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:
- Creating high quality protocols that form the bedrock of our testing deliverables.
- Being involved in the exciting process of bringing new equipment online and expertly managing the transition of existing systems.
- Qualifying a myriad of different equipment and systems, such as autoclaves, depyrogenation ovens and other temperature-controlled equipment.
- Analysing test results with precision, comparing them against rigorous industry standards and client specifications.
- Collaborating with and supporting our experienced team and specialists.
- Engaging in continuous training and development to expand your experience across the many facets of validation.
- Playing a key role in BPV's ongoing projects and contributing to our reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:
- One years’ experience using a Validator 2000 (V2K) for thermal mapping. Confident calibrating thermocouples and fixing them in place.
- Knowledge of quality management such as Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices.
- A full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Good time management.
- The right to work in the UK without future sponsorship.
- Clean criminal record.
- Clean of illegal drug use.
- Due to the sensitive nature of the areas, we work, it is a requirement that all personnel ensure they are clean and hygienic.
Additional Experience:
- Performing full validation lifecycle testing on large autoclaves and/or deprogenation ovens/tunnels. Including all IQ/OQ/PQ requirements and the ability to troubleshoot issues which arise during testing. Working to international regulations such as to FDA, UK or European standards.
- Creating test protocols and advising on other ancillary documents, such as user requirements specifications.
