As a VAD Key Account Manager Latvia, you will be at the forefront of ASBIS Baltics growth strategy, responsible for expanding our VAD business (Servers, Server components, Enterprise storage, Networking, IT Security, AV solutions) footprint within key customers in Latvia.

Key Functions:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts (IT system integrators, Cloud Service Providers (CSP), Telecom Companies (Telco) and large enterprises;
  • Provide target customers information about current services from the vendors and ASBIS;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets;
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and align our
  • portfolio offerings with their needs;
  • Control payments between company and customers;
  • Communicate with local and HQ offices of ASBIS Group;
  • Control, manage and report about steps in sales activities according to company
  • policy.
  • Qualification and skills:
  • 3+ year experience in selling IT solutions to IT system integrators, telco and large enterprises;
  • Higher education;
  • Knowledge of IT systems architectures (HW and SW);
  • Experience in building communications, relations with decision-makers in mentioned
  • above segments;
  • Proven sales skills, willingness to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical, planning and execution skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills in both Latvian and
  • English;
  • Category B driving license.
