This role is centered on driving sales, implementing retail excellence, and ensuring exceptional client experience. Leading a team, the ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with key internal teams, including retail, and marketing. They will also work closely with the HQ to manage product allocation strategically and optimize distribution efforts.

Business Performance

• Oversee supply chain management, distribution performance, and strategic projects.
• Lead supply chain initiatives, focusing on optimizing inventory and replenishment processes. Effectively manage product scarcity.
• Develop and monitor retail dashboards, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive commercial strategies to enhance business impact.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving them from concept to successful execution.
  
  

Retail Operations

• Enhance retail operations, store efficiency, and new retail initiatives.
• Foster strong collaboration with sales teams, conducting regular store visits to assess and improve operational performance.
• Implement operational guidelines, address challenges proactively, and ensure seamless in-store execution.
• Lead the rollout of retail initiatives, establishing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
  
  

Requirements & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the luxury sector, ideally in Retail or Supply Chain roles.
• Strong team player with a strategic, customer-first approach.
• Excellent time management, multitasking ability, and numerical proficiency.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Japanese.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
