Description

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly designs that improve the overall user experience for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design concepts
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design fidelity
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and process
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concept
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decision
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences
