Company Introduction

Normod is a digitally native furniture brand setting global standards for design, technology and customer experience.


Traditional is not good enough. We understand the need for a better home experience. Hence, we focus on technology and design to improve this experience. We design adaptable products, manufacturing methods, delivery methods and digital experiences.


We are a small team building the furniture brand of the coming decades. We’re continuously looking for passionate, courageous and talented minds.


In the beginning of 2020, we were a team of 2 employees, now our headcount is more than 80 and we are rapidly growing. Our aim is to disrupt the furniture market globally by designing; smart furniture, digital experience, logistics solutions, visual content and many more.


Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating seamless and engaging shopping experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in D2C/B2C e-commerce, with a strong understanding of conversion optimization and omnichannel customer journeys. They are skilled in both visual storytelling and data-driven design, ensuring our unique product value is communicated effectively to potential customers.


Responsibilities

  • End-to-End UX Design: Own the entire digital experience across our website and offline touchpoints, ensuring consistency.
  • Brand Storytelling: Use design to clearly communicate our product’s unique value and benefits.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Design a frictionless shopping experience that improves conversions, reduces drop-offs, and enhances engagement.
  • Customization Experience: Create intuitive interfaces that make it easy for customers to personalize our modular and customizable products.
  • User Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing, collect customer insight, analyze behavior, and refine designs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product and development teams to align design with business goals.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Ability to design for mobile-first and responsive experiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce UX/UI projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, like Figma.
  • Experience designing for Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a big plus.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Experience in mobile app design is a plus, though the primary focus will be on web and omnichannel UX
