Qualifications: B.S. in HCI, Graphic/Visual Design, or equivalent experience. Preferred, but not mandatory: 5+ years experience as a UX/interaction designer for a web application targeted at B2B market. Experience at a successful startup. Proven ability to understand customer needs – and create screen layouts, flows and wireframes to meet those needs. Strong expertise in UX and UI design of web applications. Skilled at using tools such as Adobe CS, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks to build very detailed (near production-quality) UI prototypes.
