Role: UX/ UI designer (W2)

Location: Washington DC

Detailed scope of work and responsibilities

Guide the user experience process to ensure a cohesive and unified experience across various operational and financial IT products.

• Serve as a center of excellence for UX in each project.
• Facilitate user engagement sessions and oversee the deliverables from UX vendor teams to ensure consistent visual and interaction patterns across projects.
• Provide UX guidance for enterprise initiatives and enhancements. Collaborate directly with business sponsors and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and constraints.
• Actively conduct user modeling and task analysis, and develop personas and scenarios.
• Facilitate user research sessions and communicate the findings. Create or advise on content architecture and navigation design.
• Translate complex user requirements and technical constraints into simple user interfaces.
• Recommend solutions for complex interaction problems and enhance the overall user experience within and across applications.
