Your mission
- Creating user-centered concepts that simplify complex workflows for B2B SaaS products
- Developing user journey maps and flowcharts to support seamless user experience
- Conducting UX research, including user interviews and usability tests, and analyzing insights using data analytics.
- Developing wireframes, prototypes and high-quality user interfaces while maintaining design libraries (MUI, Prime React, Material Design)
- Providing UX writing for all user interaction touchpoints in English and German
- Serving as a bridge between UX designers, developers, and stakeholders by facilitating feedback and collaboration through cross-functional sessions
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in UX/UI design, service design, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design with strong portfolio (preferably in SaaS or B2B products)
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to highly technical SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, deep understanding of UX principles and UX research
- Excellent communication skills with experience in leading design-thinking workshops
- Fluent in both spoken and written German and English

Cofinity-X GmbH is based in Cologne and was founded in 2023. It is a joint venture of BASF, BMW Group, Henkel, Mercedes-Benz, SAP, Schaeffler, Siemens, T-Systems, Volkswagen and ZF. The vision of Cofinity-X is to run an open marketplace for the provision of own and third-party business applications and further services that enable secured and standardized data transfer along the automotive value chain in accordance with the Gaia-X and Catena-X principles with initial focus on the European market.
