OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical UX Integrity Specialist to anonymously audit and evaluate third-party partner platforms, ensuring adherence to approved UX designs and compliance standards. Acting as a "mystery shopper" for user experience, you will test partner implementations to safeguard brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and user satisfaction. Your work will be instrumental in mitigating compliance risks and maintaining the integrity of our UX standards across all partner integrations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Anonymous UX Audits:
o Travel on location to conduct "mystery shopper"-style evaluations of third-party partner platforms, simulating real-user interactions to verify UX adherence
o Assess user interfaces for alignment with approved designs, including layouts, colors, typography, interactions, and functionality
Monitoring and Testing:
o Perform both manual and automated tests to validate compliance with approved UX standards
o Monitor partner systems for unauthorized updates or deviations from agreed-upon user flows
Compliance Verification:
o Verify adherence to branding guidelines and contractual obligations regarding user experience
Documentation and Reporting:
o Create detailed reports documenting findings, including screenshots, descriptions of deviations, and recommended corrective actions
o Categorize issues based on severity and potential compliance or user experience risks
Collaboration and Escalation:
o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, compliance, technology) to understand approved standards and guidelines
o Escalate critical deviations or recurring compliance breaches to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution
Continuous Improvement:
o Identify trends in UX discrepancies and recommend updates
o Suggest enhancements to design specifications or testing frameworks to improve UX integrity
Training and Support:
o Assist in the development of training materials and guidelines to help partners better understand and adhere to UX standards
COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS:Education:
o BS/BA degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Compliance, or a related field, unless there is relevant, significant work experience.
Experience:
o 2+ years of experience in UX auditing, compliance, quality assurance, or related roles.
o Familiarity with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Motiff) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Skills:
o Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle inconsistencies in design or functionality.
o Knowledge of compliance standards in the fintech direct to consumer lending space, financial or banking industry.
o Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills, both verbally, in writing, grammar usage, editing and proofreading skills using the English language

For the first 90 days of employment, a 5-day work week in the corporate office is required. Following that, a hybrid option of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote is available
