We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join our growing team and help transform the way we create and design online learning experiences. In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in every step of the process, from research and user flows to creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. About The Role
We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join our growing team and help transform the way we create and design online learning experiences. In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in every step of the process, from research and user flows to creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. We expect you to bring both creativity and deep knowledge of UX principles while collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Design: Transform high-level product roadmaps into detailed, user-centered features.
- Research and Prototyping: Conduct research, create user flows, wireframe solutions, and design experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to come up with solutions to complex user experience challenges.
- Design Consistency: Define and maintain UX/UI standards across all user-facing applications.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in UX/UI design.
- Cross-functional Work: Participate in design workshops with stakeholders and ensure consistent UX/UI output.
Required
- Experience: 2+ years of UX/UI design experience in a team environment using user-centric principles.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills (must include link).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with design tools like Figma; experience in Agile environments using Lean UX.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with user-centered design principles, responsive design, web standards, typography, and web usability standards.
- Collaboration: Experience working with product managers and conducting end-to-end UX research, including usability testing.
- Design Systems: Knowledge of design systems and methodologies.
- Compensation: Competitive salary between $80,000 and $110,000, based on experience and location.
