Job Title: UX Content Strategist (Hybrid - Austin, TX)

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite 3-4 days per week)

Duration: 12 months

Overview:

We're looking for a UX Content Strategist to join a collaborative design team in Austin, TX. In this hybrid role, you'll work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and writers to deliver clear, user-focused content across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies for websites, emails, and other digital products
• Conduct content audits, journey mapping, and competitive analysis
• Collaborate across teams to ensure content meets user and business needs
• Work within CMS and design systems
• Present content strategies and recommendations to stakeholders
• Apply SEO, accessibility, and UX best practices
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Content Strategist
• Strong portfolio of content strategy deliverables (audits, redesigns, campaigns, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CMS platforms and design systems
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Confluence, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Understanding of regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and self-management skills
