Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has an opportunity for a motivated individual. We are currently searching for one part time Utility Reader. This position will consist of checking/testing a manufactured housing community's water plant for 30 minutes each day. Training will be provided. Hours: 30 minutes per day, 7 days a week.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Accurately read and record meter readings for the community water plant.
• Maintain daily meter reading log with potential findings.
• Inspect for default connections.
• Report irregularities to management promptly.

Compensation details: 17-17 Hourly Wage
