Pay Range: $18.61 to $22.35 / hour
Work Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The City of Twin Falls is looking for a Utility Operator (Meter Reader) to join our team. This role combines technical work with customer service. You'll work in all types of weather and play an important role in keeping the community's water systems running smoothly.
Due to the specialized nature of the equipment, many of the job functions are learned through on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and replace water meters and related equipment.
- Read residential and commercial meters and record usage.
- Respond to service requests like turning water on/off, checking for leaks, and investigating issues.
- Address customer inquiries professionally.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Idaho driver's license.
- Ability to obtain a Class I Idaho Water Operator License within your first year.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
