Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greensboro--Winston-Salem--High Point Area for a Utility Damage Prevention Operations Manager. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing utility damage prevention activities, coordinating with field teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing documentation and reporting. The manager will also be responsible for training staff, liaising with clients, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility damage prevention and project management
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong coordination and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills
• Ability to train and mentor staff
• Problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the cable and telecommunications industry is a plus
