Company Overview:
The U.S. is on track for 50% of all new vehicle sales in 2030 to be electric – but our power grid was not built to withstand this level of electricity demand, and charging remains a major challenge for drivers. With over 80% of EV charging occurring at home, ChargeScape was formed by some of the world’s largest automakers (BMW, Ford, Honda, and Nissan – with more joining soon) with the mission to enable everyone to access sustainable, affordable energy from a reliable power grid.
ChargeScape’s software platform serves as the connective tissue between EV drivers and power utilities, using cloud-based commands to schedule EV charging for the most grid-friendly, low-carbon hours - all while putting money back in drivers’ wallets. Backed by a well-capitalized joint venture, we are expanding our utility programs team to grow our vehicle-grid integration business and strengthen our partnerships.

- Stakeholder Management: Balance and manage shifting priorities across multiple partners while keeping programs on track.
- Comms & Collateral: Draft clear, high-quality client communications and support the development of marketing and outreach materials.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience in EVs, utilities, batteries, energy, or a related sector of the automotive industry.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability to manage and grow partnerships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through on tasks and timelines.
- Commercially savvy and outcome-oriented, aligning customer success with business growth.
- Comfortable leading meetings and partner calls on a daily basis.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Nice to Haves:
- Prior experience working directly with utility clients or EV OEMs.
- Familiarity with DERs, demand response, or utility EV programs.
