Job Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at Sundew, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences for mobile and web applications. Your role will involve crafting innovative, scalable, and user-centric designs, contributing to the delivery of world-class digital products.

Required Skill Set

· Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

· Education: Diploma/Graduate in Multimedia/Design or a related field.

· Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD.

· Design Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with mobile and/or web-based design.

· Data-Driven Approach: Ability to work in a result-driven, data-oriented environment.

· Problem Solving & Communication: Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Design Conceptualization: Create and illustrate design ideas through storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps.

· Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to refine designs and gain approval for production.

· User Experience Design: Design clean, elegant, and intuitive user interfaces and interactions that enhance user experience across platforms.

· Responsive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces, focusing on scalability and usability.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity is maintained throughout the development process.

· Design Communication: Communicate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· User-Centric Design: Create designs based on a deep understanding of business requirements and user needs, focusing on user-centric solutions.

· Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.

· Team Training and Leadership: Conduct design team training and provide mentorship as needed to foster team growth.

· Design Principles: Apply expert-level knowledge of UI/UX design principles to ensure all designs are functional, usable, and aesthetically pleasing.
