What this role looks like.
Defining, maintaining and optimising the operating model for initiatives and services in a specific product line (e.g. e-commerce, marketing or customer service) in different ALDI countries
Defining the structures, roles, processes, interfaces, governance and internal KPIs that are required in order to operate and measure the success of our services
Identifying improvements to existing business processes based on data and stakeholder feedback
Ensuring close alignment with other ALDI products and business teams
Supporting the rollout of organisational changes at scale across global and/or national teams
Maintaining consistency in the design of business operations in support of ALDI’s overall customer experience
Prototyping/piloting new services to test their commercial and operational viability
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
Ability to create new service visions, define the impact and improve existing business structures
Experience in business process mapping
Expertise in workshop facilitation and excellent presentation skills
Strong analytical capability and ability to anticipate and define what is needed for a new service to succeed
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Ability to manage several projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team player with experience working in agile team environments
Desirable extras.
Experience working in projects or departments related to digital topics would be advantageous
Ability to use problem-solving skills as an integral part of driving projects forward (you’ll rely on them daily)
Willingness to take ownership of tasks and welcome feedback to continually improve results
Robust communication skills, with the capacity to express ideas effectively and foster collaboration among team members
Solid grasp of design principles and a keen affinity for technology
