Position: Lead UI/UX Designer

Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site)

Experience: 5+ years

Salary: Up to ₹16 LPA

About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design of visually stunning and highly user-friendly websites. In this role, you’ll lead client-facing projects (around 80% of the time) and contribute to internal design initiatives (20%), ensuring a high level of creativity, usability, and quality across all work.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Innovation

• Create modern, responsive web designs that prioritize user experience and adhere to UX/UI best practices.
• Lead the design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Ensure top-quality layouts, typography, color schemes, and overall aesthetics.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with developers, project managers, and other designers to deliver seamless results.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, present concepts, and refine designs based on feedback.
• Adapt quickly to input and iterate designs efficiently.

Tools & Workflow

• Utilize industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and share new ideas with the team.
• Manage and track design tasks using project management tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and web design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, usability, and thoughtful design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and visual storytelling.
• Bonus: Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and web development fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
