Our client is a global information provider serving the commodities sector, offering trusted data, analytics, and insights across the commodities market. With a long-standing presence and a mission to make complex markets more transparent and actionable, the company supports professionals around the world with reliable, data-driven tools and services.
We’re looking for an experienced Website UX Manager to take ownership of the company’s website strategy and lead its ongoing optimisation. In this role, you’ll focus on improving user journeys, enhancing conversion rates, and ensuring the site delivers a smooth, engaging experience across all devices.
You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, tech, and design teams to deliver a high-performing website that supports business goals, integrates UX best practices, and remains SEO-friendly and compliant with industry standards.
Key Skills Required
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Experience using analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Google Tag Manager)
- Hands-on experience with CRO platforms such as Optimizely or VWO
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar or Mouseflow for user behaviour tracking
- Competency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong project management skills and experience using JIRA
- Ability to translate data and user feedback into actionable improvements
Desirable Skills
- Experience integrating web personalisation tools or chatbots
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and how UX impacts search performance
- Understanding of mobile-first design and accessibility standards
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage external vendors
Projects You’ll Work On
- Leading A/B and multivariate testing programmes to drive performance improvements
- Enhancing site-wide user journeys tailored to key personas and customer segments
- Aligning UX and CRO initiatives with SEO and content goals
- Delivering regular reports and insights on user behaviour and conversion metrics
- Optimising mobile responsiveness and overall site speed and health
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure event and campaign goals are reflected in the website roadmap
