Entity: Oracle America, Inc. Job Duties: Responsible for creating, evaluating and modifying prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development. As a member of the User Experience team, analyze user needs and apply software design/usability processes toward developing or modifying software solutions. Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems. May assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. Position requires: * Prototyping, wireframing, user flows; * Mockups, user research and usability testing, information architecture, and application development; * Design leadership across multiple projects, coordination of efforts with other designers; * Creative problem solving in a cloud-driven enterprise software system; * Familiarity with following and maintaining design systems; * Conducting requirements analysis including personas, scenarios, task analysis, usability testing, and competitor analysis collaborating with other teams as necessary; * Defining site structures, site maps and process flows; * Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that defined solutions will meet agreed KPIs; and * Enhance user experience by using customer insight data, customer feedback, user research, and product analytics to inform product innovation.
