Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, marketing and development, you will deliver seamless digital experiences that reflect our mission of promoting financial well-being.

Using your passion to understand user behaviour you'll translate insights into actionable design solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead user research activities to deeply understand our users’ needs, behaviours, and pain points, ensuring our designs are always centred around the user.
  • Conduct usability testing to gather real-world insights, iterating on designs based on user feedback and performance.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for new product features and website pages, ensuring user needs are central to the design process.
  • Plan and execute user testing sessions, including remote and in-person testing, to validate design concepts and continuously improve user experience.
  • Facilitate design sprints to rapidly prototype and test new ideas, always ensuring user-centric input and collaboration from teams such as marketing and technology.
  • Run user focus groups to gather feedback and insights, ensuring the voice of the customer is embedded in the design process.
  • Collaborate across the business with developers, marketing and other stakeholders to deliver user-friendly, high-performing designs that align with business goals and prioritise user-centricity.
  • Stay up to date with UX/UI trends and best practices, applying them to enhance the usability and aesthetic quality of our digital platforms, always keeping the user at the centre.
  • Lead workshops and collaborative sessions to foster innovation and ensure alignment on design vision and objectives across teams, with a focus on user outcomes.
  • Document and present design solutions, user research findings, and testing results to stakeholders, advocating for a user-centric design approach in all decisions.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong focus on user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Invision, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful user-centred design projects across web and mobile platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across teams to align design solutions with broader business objectives.
  • Experience in facilitating design sprints and running user testing sessions to validate design ideas and improve product experiences.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, including the ability to translate user insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
