About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer who’s passionate about creating visually stunning, intuitive, and user-first web experiences. You’ll be at the forefront of design execution—leading client-facing projects (80%) and shaping internal initiatives (20%) with innovation, clarity, and finesse.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, loves solving complex design challenges, and can confidently own the design process end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

Design & Creativity

• Craft responsive, modern website designs with a strong focus on usability and visual storytelling.
• Lead the design journey—from ideation and wireframes to prototypes and high-fidelity visuals.
• Set the standard for layout, typography, color palettes, and brand consistency.

Collaboration & Client Interaction

• Partner with developers, project managers, and other designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, present concepts, and iterate based on feedback.
• Be adaptable, open to feedback, and quick in refining designs.

Tools & Workflow

• Use industry tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD with ease and efficiency.
• Keep up with the latest design trends and UX innovations.
• Manage your work using project management platforms and maintain clear task tracking.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX and web design.
• A portfolio that showcases design thinking, creativity, and user-focused solutions.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong grasp of UX best practices, responsive design, and digital design systems.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development principles.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
