We are seeking UX Designer to join our fast-paced and self-accountable team that delivers enterprise-level products for global markets. You will work with UX & UI designers, QA teams, mobile and frontend developers to deliver best-in-class digital products.

What will you do?

· Act as a bridge between customers’ brand strategies and development teams, focusing on users’ needs.

· Create user scenarios, flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, etc.

· Prepare and manage usability tests and workshops with various stakeholders.

· Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, UI designers, QA teams, and delivery managers.

· Provide expert opinion analyses and consultancy services.

· Research new UX methodologies and contribute to team improvement.

· Be a UX spokesperson.

What are we looking for?

· 4+ years of experience in User Experience Design and Research for consumer apps.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (e.g., industrial, product, interaction, service) or related field.

· A portfolio showcasing personas, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes is a must.

· Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.

· Strategic understanding and expert knowledge of user experience design processes.

· Experience in low and high fidelity wireframing and prototyping for complex flows.

· Experience in organizing, creating and executing usability and user testing.

· Expertise in mobile applications and responsive web platforms.

· Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.

· Advanced verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

Knowledge of these will be a bonus!

· Working in a multinational team with international and local clients.

· Working with remote teams.
