The Role
Twinkl is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and creative Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Content Writer to join our dynamic U.S. Production Team. In this role, you will design high-quality resources that support the communication development of children across a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and homes.
As an SLP content writer, you’ll craft engaging, evidence-informed printable and digital materials that support speech, language, and communication skills while being fun, functional, and accessible. These resources will help educators, therapists, and families implement effective strategies to support a range of needs, including articulation, language development, fluency, social communication, and AAC.
You will be part of an agile team communicating via email, messaging, and video meetings. To fulfill this role, you will need to provide your own technology and have reliable high-speed internet access.
You will need to complete 15 hours every week and submit a designated quota of new resources every week. You will be expected to participate in weekly meetings during standard business hours.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Creating speech-language content for therapists, educators, and caregivers.
- Researching speech-language content trends to ensure your assigned resources will be instant hits with our millions of U.S. members.

To Succeed In The Role, You Will
- Have an expert understanding of speech language needs, legalities, and services, with specialized knowledge, experience, and training.
- Show a creative, innovative, and tech-driven approach to teaching and learning.
- Take pride in your excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, organization, and technology skills.
Candidates Must Meet The Following Criteria
- Certified/licensed speech-language pathologist (state-issued certification/license must be current and in good standing).
- Experienced speech-language pathologist with a minimum of two years of recent experience supporting K-12 students, educators, and caregivers with their SLP needs.
