We're looking for a skilled and motivated USA Field Service Engineer to join our team! In this role, you'll be on the front lines - installing, maintaining, and supporting our cutting-edge selective soldering equipment at customer sites across the U.S. If you're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys travel, technical challenges, and direct customer interaction, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Install, operate, and maintain selective soldering machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• Recommend design modifications to improve machine reliability
• Provide real-time feedback to design engineers on customer needs and challenges
• Support new business efforts by identifying customer opportunities
• Travel to customer sites for installations, support, and training
• Train customers on:

1. Equipment software
2. Mechanical components
3. Troubleshooting techniques
4. Process optimisation

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

Option 1: High school diploma + 2 years of hands-on experience in:

• Selective soldering process development and programming
• Operating automated machinery
• Troubleshooting and maintaining automated machinery

OR

Option 2: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
