Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Solutions Implementation & Consulting Lead Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging in both implementations and solution configuration/consulting, including delivering demonstrations of core capabilities and key functionalities to our subscribers.

Responsibilities

Solution Demonstration:

• Deliver demonstrations of the core capabilities and key functionalities of the safety solutions.
• Provide support and guidance to clients, assisting them in the selection, implementation, and optimization of the safety solutions.
  
  

Solution Implementation

• Assist in the implementation of safety solutions, ensuring smooth integration and configuration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial / Process Engineering
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience using/implementing digital tools for safety improvement programs.
• Understanding of safety programs and regulations, such as for Job Safety, SDS, LOTO, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to clients.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
  
  

Travel Requirements

• Travel is sometimes required for this position, which may include visiting customer sites or hosting customers at the company's local offices. Other travel may include attending a Benchmark Gensuite conference or representing the Company at an external event or trade show.
• Travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, will be reimbursed according to the company's travel policy.
• The ability to travel and a valid driver's license or access to reliable transportation may be required.
