They’re now hiring a US Marketing Lead to shape and execute the national marketing strategy. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends creative brand building with tactical execution across retail, digital, and experiential.
What you’ll do:
✅ Develop and lead the US marketing roadmap
✅ Increase brand visibility, drive trial, and fuel sales in key regions
✅ Execute across retail, live events, PR, and especially TikTok
✅ Balance strategy and scrappiness — it’s early days, and we move fast
✅ Partner closely with sales and distribution to ensure cohesive execution
Who you are:
💡 4+ years in brand or trade marketing, ideally in CPG
📱 Deeply digital — TikTok fluent, media buying experience a plus
⚡ Energized by startup environments — proactive, collaborative, and ego-free
✈️ Based in the US with willingness to travel for launches and events
