A Brief OverviewThe US LBM FP&A Manager will play a key part in the future growth and direction of the company and in continuing to build the US LBM FP&A team. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will foster profitable growth through divisional, regional, and executive management using financial analytics, variance comparisons, budgeting, forecasting, and dashboard development.
Required Experience & Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or comparable experience preferred.
- Experience:
- 4+ years in an accounting or finance role supporting a multi-unit organization.
- Demonstrated experience building analytical and financial connections with field leadership.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, metrics, KPIs, and working capital drivers.
- Proficient in business analytics and financial forecasting.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience writing SQL queries (Select/Update/Insert).
- Helpful to possess advanced skills such as VBA or Alteryx.

What You Will Do- Analyze trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, working capital, and capital expenditures.
- Partner with Regional Finance leadership to track performance and ensure financial and operational goals are met.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives including greenfield expansion and M&A opportunities.
- Analyze complex financial information and provide timely, data-driven recommendations to management.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and predictive modeling processes.
- Collaborate on the development of financial and operational metrics in the Enterprise BI Analytics tool.
- Support Monthly Operation Reviews, Board of Directors presentations, and Strategic Goal Deployment initiatives.
- Align Divisions and Regions with overall business strategy through analysis and financial guidance.
- Promote financial literacy and acumen across field leadership teams.
- Must comply with all company policies and standards.
- Commitment to workplace safety is required for all employees.
Additional Information- 10% overnight travel may be required.
- Pay: up to 140,000 with 15% Annual Bonus
