Job Description:

We are seeking a US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT requirements, recruitment processes, and US work authorization types.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and submit qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
• Work on IT requirements from direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases for sourcing.
• Negotiate pay rates and employment terms with candidates based on C2C, W2, and 1099 tax terms.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent and establish long-term relationships with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in US IT Recruitment is mandatory.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT terminologies and technologies.
• Tax Terms: Strong knowledge of C2C, W2, and 1099 work arrangements.
• Sourcing Skills: Experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and ATS systems.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to close candidates and manage offer negotiations.
• Shift Timings: US Shift (EST/PST)
