This is a full-time, remote/hybrid/contract position ideal for fresh graduates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. Qualifications And Skills

Roles And Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions across the US market
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate capabilities and suitability
- Work closely with clients to identify their hiring needs and job specifications
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to locate potential candidates
- Coordinate with candidates and clients to schedule interviews and follow-ups
- Negotiate job offers, salaries, and other employment terms on behalf of the client
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Provide training and guidance to new recruits as needed to meet company standards
