We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, digital marketing, and lead generation specifically for the US market in IT services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of driving growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market for IT services.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging market trends.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Digital Marketing
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads in the US market.
Manage and optimize online campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, and SEO.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the content team to create relevant and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Lead Generation
Generate high-quality leads through various digital channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and webinars.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure they align with the company’s target customer profile.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and client information.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Communication
Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
Draft and review business correspondence, proposals, and marketing materials.
Present complex information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to represent the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, and lead generation for IT services, preferably targeting the US market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating qualified leads.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the IT industry and its trends, particularly in the US market, is a plus.
Experience with CRM software (e.g,, Zoho) is preferred.
