Houston - Urology / Uro-Gyn - Territory manager- ($250K+ first year)

• Territory includes Greater Houston area and some regional travel

Base Salary is $120k + Commissions + Benefits + Stock Options - Position is uncapped

Mid-Stage Start up - launching new minimally invasive surgical technology in urology/women's health. Advance product acceptance through VAC committees in new accounts while driving utilization in existing accounts. Develop KOLs and Centers of excellence with key providers to include hospitals and ASCs. Fulfill all traditional sales responsibilities to grow business, expand market and exceed sales quota.

IDEAL TARGET CANDIDATE (might meet some of the following profiles) …

• Track record of selling advanced technology to surgeons (some urology preferred)
• Med-surg experience with disruptive technology – changing physician behavior
• Start-up or new product launch background in the OR and/or the office
• Understanding of complex new technology- reimbursement and health care economics
• Neuro-modulation, Urology or Uro-Gyn experience (preferred)
