Sr. Specialist, Instructional Design

Role / Responsibilities

• Create materials in compliance with organization standards for the programs in the Philippine region
• Design, develop, and deploy training materials to improve learners’ communication, soft skills and cultural awareness from identifying outlines to creating facilitator guides and student guides of new hire curricula
• Identify the content required to train the audience to perform their job effectively and efficiently
• Design training assessments that match the curricula
• Enhance existing content based on gap analysis and/or other training effectiveness measurements
• Collaborate with Training, Delivery and Clients in creating content
• Collaborate with peers in delivering the identified learning solution for the program
• Participate in status discussions and review sessions on the developed materials with internal clients and make changes as indicated
• Manage new hire curricula to ensure all links are working and all modules are updated
• Create development schedule, and other supporting documentation for projects while coordinating with other team members
• Lead Trainer the Trainer teach backs (course demo); synthesize, clarify and follow-up on feedback
• Keep stakeholders up to date on projects’ progress and submit other administrative deliverables
• Review the learning materials created by specialists to ensure their quality and accuracy meet organizational standards
• Evaluate content against the team’s audit form and report individual and team performance
• Provides recommendations and suggestions on how to improve and develop the learning materials
• Create templates (PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline) that align with Concentrix branding guidelines and are relevant to the audience
