Summary

The position refers to the Urban & Regional Development sector (headquarters in Athens). KEY TASKS: • Visualization, preparation, submission, monitoring, coordination and implementation of projects in the context of European Territorial Cooperation programmes (ADRION, MED, ENI CBC MED, Central Europe, Alpine, Danube etc.) and other EC programmes (H2020, DG GROWTH, DG REGIO, DG EMPL etc.) • Preparation of bids (technical/financial offers and supporting documents) for the provision of services to public and public equivalent bodies (including the European Commission and its agencies) in Greece and the EU • Business development (acquisition of new clients, expansion of collaborators’ networks, building bidding alliances etc.) in Greece and the EU The position refers to the Urban & Regional Development sector (headquarters in Athens). KEY TASKS: Visualization, preparation, submission, monitoring, coordination and implementation of projects in the context of European Territorial Cooperation programmes (ADRION, MED, ENI CBC MED, Central Europe, Alpine, Danube etc.) and other EC programmes (H2020, DG GROWTH, DG REGIO, DG EMPL etc.) Preparation of bids (technical/financial offers and supporting documents) for the provision of services to public and public equivalent bodies (including the European Commission and its agencies) in Greece and the EU Business development (acquisition of new clients, expansion of collaborators’ networks, building bidding alliances etc.) in Greece and the EU MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Post Graduate degree in Spatial Planning, Urban/Regional Development, Economics or Public Administration from an accredited institution Excellent English and Greek speaking and writing skills (reporting, drafting proposals/tenders and studies) 5 years of experience in similar position with proven track record in ETC and EU programmes/projects PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND ASSETS: In-depth knowledge and understanding of ETC & other EC programmes Extensive knowledge and understanding of EU Regional Policy Excellent knowledge of public procurement rules in Greece Solid experience in project management Knowledge of another EU language (preferably French or Italian) Advanced computer literacy PERSONAL ASSETS: Strong organizational and administrative skills, ability to plan, coordinate and implement the tasks Drive, determination and the ability to take personal responsibility for delivery of high quality results meeting tight deadlines Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills Please send CVs to: [email protected]
