🕹 Position: Unreal Programmer

📍 Location: Fully Remote

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. 

Responsibilities:

• Gameplay Systems Development: Design, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that are fun, responsive, and polished.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, artists, and other programmers to align technical solutions with creative goals.
• Optimize Performance: Ensure smooth performance across platforms by debugging, profiling, and refining code.
• Prototype Rapidly: Translate creative ideas into prototypes for testing and iteration.
• Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges during development, from unexpected bugs to complex system requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven Unreal Expertise: Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (preferably Unreal Engine 5), including C++ and Blueprints.
• Gameplay Programming Skills: Strong knowledge of gameplay programming, player interactions, and AI systems.
• Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Optimization Know-How: Experience with performance tuning and debugging for various hardware setups.
• Passion for Games: A genuine love for creating innovative, engaging gameplay experiences

Nice-To-Haves:

• Multi-Platform Development: Experience working on PC, console, or mobile projects.
• Animation Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with animation programming in Unreal Engine.
• Indie Spirit: Experience working in an indie game studio or on passion-driven projects.
• VR/AR Development: Knowledge of or experience developing for VR/AR platforms.
