WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW GAMEMATE

As Semruk Games, we are looking for a Unity Game Developer to work on our innovative and creative projects in the hybrid casual, puzzle, and arcade idle genres.

Duties&Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize game mechanics, features, and user interfaces using the Unity game engine.
• Create high-quality gaming experiences tailored for the hybrid casual game genre.
• Write clean, maintainable and sustainable code that adheres to best practices and industry standards.
• Optimize in-game performance and fix bugs to enhance overall gameplay experience.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Measure game performance and user experience using data analytics tools and integrations.
• Integrate third-party SDKs (analytics, advertising, event tracking, etc.).
• Implement A/B testing mechanics and iterate based on test results.
• Stay updated on industry innovations and offer creative solutions to improve development processes.

What do we look for?

• At least 3 years of experience in game development using Unity and C#.
• Experience in developing hybrid casual, puzzle, and arcade idle games.
• Strong background in mobile game performance optimization, profiling, and size reduction.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Game Analytics, Bytbrew, Firebase) and user acquisition (UA) tools (e.g., Facebook).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• A passion for staying on top of social media trends and mobile game dynamics, with a willingness to embrace innovation
