Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Publish Apps: Design, develop, and publish high-quality applications for AR/VR/XR platforms, specifically on the Meta Quest store.
• Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with 3D artists and designers to create immersive experiences that meet user needs and align with project goals.
• Implement XR Frameworks: Utilize Meta XR and OpenXR frameworks to enhance the functionality and performance of applications.
• Lead Technical Solutions: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed in development processes.
• Optimize Performance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth and engaging user experiences in all applications.

Preferred Background:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Unity3D with a focus on AR/VR/XR development.
• Project Portfolio: Proven track record of building and publishing apps on the Meta Quest store.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using Meta XR and OpenXR frameworks, with experience in performance optimization and debugging.
• Collaboration: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and artists, to deliver high-quality products.
