Responsibilities
Control operations budget of Direct Sales Division
Manage and control activity of Sales Teams under Direct Sales Division
Prepare sales communications: announce and update bonus scheme policy (for field sales channels), process, product, selling information
Manage sales quality control of sales field channels, plan to review, carry out reports, supervise to overcome issues by many different operations so as to minimize errors of sales agents.
Compose, update, adjust and issue documents regulating the sequences and work content including Regulation on organization and operation of Direct Sales Division
Build, set up, control and manage all operational activities of Unit such as Recruiting, coaching, training, motivating and engagement
Manage internal payment of Sales and commission payment of partners
Manage all supporting activities for Direct Sales channels: prepare timesheet, create/deactivate/update code of sales agent on selling systems of VPB SMBC FC
Prepare periodic sales reports of Unit and undertake others tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor graduate, major: Business Administration, Commercial, Auditing and relevant majors.
Experience:
At least 05 year-experience working in sales operations, especially in financial field, at least 03 years in managerial role
Experience in building processes and carrying out control measures
Understand of banking products & services
Skills
