• Full-time
• 40 hours per week
• Weekdays 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Summary

Responsible for the clerical functions of unit and assisting in coordination of unit activities with minimal supervision. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum age of 18 years; HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Ability to type 40 wpm, preferred.
• Ability to Communicate Effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to function appropriately in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Current BLS card or completion of course within 30 days of hire.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Work is sedentary in nature, but also have the strength and stamina for prolonged walking and standing.
• Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
• Must be able to talk and hear to converse with others, in person, and over the telephone.
• Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare, process, and read written materials.
• Possess fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to operate equipment.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, reach, pull, bend, stoop, and kneel.
