Unanet ERP Administrator and be part of our rapidly growing network of firms! The ERP Administrator is a newly created position, reporting to the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, and is crucial in supporting our ever-expanding portfolio of Architecture and Engineering firms. This role focuses on facilitating ERP transitions and implementations, improving coordination, and enhancing system efficiencies. The administrator provides technical, functional, and analytical support to end users, assists in developing standard and customized reports, and manages all testing, configuration, and changes within the ERP system.
The ERP Administrator oversees the process of onboarding firms into Unanet (ERP) from their native systems, continuously seeking ways to improve the onboarding process by setting standard procedures. The administrator works with multiple small groups and 3rd party consultants simultaneously, and interacts with firms at various onboarding phases, requiring adaptability to tailor interactions accordingly.

Essential Responsibilities
- Leads onboarding of acquired subsidiaries into Unanet ERP from the firm's native ERP system.
- The ERP Manager will look for ways to improve the onboarding process, including setting standard procedures, training user groups, and creating an implementation playbook.
- Interact closely with 3rd party technical groups contracted to assist with integrations.
- Monitor scope, schedule and budget for implementations.
- Work with HFW groups including Finance, Project Management, Project Controls, Human Resource, Operations, and IT with multiple company mergers to the Unanet ERP platform.
- Act as HFW's Unanet subject matter expert and resolve system issues reported by users.
- Create and present implementation status reports varying in detail depending upon and tailored to the operating levels within HFW and firm principles.
- Contribute to the design of custom reporting as requested by various user groups.
- Develop strong relationships with HFW member firms' employees by driving effective training and communications
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in IT, business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent; and minimum of 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Organized: Experience managing large amounts of data, schedules, and outcomes to keep track of projects effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Unanet ERP. Experience with QuickBooks, and Deltek family of products strongly preferred.
- Strategic Acumen: History of navigating complex ERP systems and driving organizational success with documented deliverables.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for coordinating between various departments and stakeholders. Communication plans should be well developed, disseminated, clear, concise and planned according to project timelines.
- Problem-Solving: Successful history of identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the ERP system and the onboarding and training standards and processes.
- Other skills include development, distribution, and training of staff in standards and procedures.
- Multi-company management experience highly desired
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to author reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Math Ability: Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software; spreadsheet software; and ERP database software.
- Travel: Job holder is expected to travel on occasion for introductory meetings, member firm touch base meetings and possible on-site member firm assistance.
