Job Title: UKG Functional Consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud

Location: Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid)

Qualification:

We are seeking a highly experienced UKG Functional Consultant with advanced proficiency in UKG Workforce Solutions and recommended expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, especially Time & Labor. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who can work across multiple teams, lead initiatives, and deliver effective solutions that align with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level functional support across multiple UKG modules including Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, and Absence/Leave Management.
• Recommend and implement solutions to business problems within the team and across teams.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of UKG Workforce Scheduling and related functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and third-party vendors to integrate and optimize UKG and Oracle HCM systems.
• Support inbound and outbound integrations between UKG and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Create and maintain UKG reports and processes to support business operations.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Participate in the planning and execution of user testing and support go-live activities.
• Provide user training and ongoing support post-implementation.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of functional experience in UKG modules: Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management, Reporting.
• 5+ years of experience in inbound integrations to UKG from HCM platforms (preferably Oracle).
• 5+ years of experience in outbound integrations from UKG to HCM platforms (preferably Oracle).
• Strong experience in configuring and managing UKG reports and supporting end-to-end UKG processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor (strongly recommended).
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management, Recruiting Cloud, and related modules.
• Experience with Workforce Scheduling tools and frameworks.
